Dissatisfied

It's been 2 Months my father has been complaining to me about Nedbank White River in Mpumalanga not helping him with his bank card. He deposited money in his account and when he tried to withdraw he was told his card expires. For 2 months they're giving him the run around with fixing this. They're not giving plausible explanation and solutions. Nothing about his money or even a new account. He got the card after me by the way and mine is fine but his expired fine then what's the solution nothing . They keep telling him to come after a week and they keep turning him back. I'm so disappointed really .
