Dissatisfied

I walked into nedbank mall of Africa on Saturday morning, to unblock my account which had a fica block

Consultant helped me adn promised me that my account would be fixed by end of day, that's it

I'm still waiting 2days later and my account is still blocked, I will try another nedbank but such service is horrible even the way the consultant treated me, like I was nothing I am really disgraced and will move my account somewhere else all because of mall of Africa
