Dissatisfication

Money just disappears with no trace. There was never a point where I had R0.00 balance in my account and for every purchase there's money deposited into the account for that purchase. I called in at nedbank cause I noticed that there's charges on my credit card account even though I had closed it. I spoke to Langelihle Khanyile she confirmed that the account was closed but could not tell why there's still charges on the account. I hand a problem where I deposited money into my account but it was take by purchases that I have already paid for. I explained to her what happened and she said she's gonna come back to me. She sent an email apologising for not coming back to me, how ever I gave her a time to call me following day but I did not receive any call but she claims that she called me.

I followed up with two emails with no response till I called again today. Nothing new she came with but she made me repeat the staff we talked about that day where I posed questions she had no answer for. I am really disappointed with nedbank client service and also requested to close my account but she did not.
