Dissatisfaction with the service I am receiving from Nedbank home loan regarding my bond's cancellation figures

Nedbank home loans is giving me grief. At their moment the buyer of my house wants to pull out of the deal all together. Due to their stress caused by Nedbank. I am paying m bond every month, but instead of it reducing. Even if it can be with the interest paid, in the contrary it's increasing. We have been in a process of selling since August. But till today, we still haven't been able to conclude the deal due to Nedbank's calculations, of which they themselves cannot explain when we query. I had previously sent a review to Hello-Peter, but I still haven't heard anything from them. Can I please ask that someone help me as I need to sell this house a.s.a.p. as I'm currently unemployed. Can Nedbank please hear me out, and allocate there payments I have been doing to my Nedbank account. And please remove them instalment they have added on my cancellation fees. Can they also please remove them penalty fee they have charged because they notice lapsed because of Nedbank's delay to give us accurate figures. I am really stressed out right now. And am open to suggestions which can help me sort this issue out ugrgently
