Dissatisfaction about service

Nedbank Hammanskraal is giving very poor service. They have closed all the branches and left only one at Jubilee mall but yet they accept many clients like socials and personal bankers. You will wait for the whole day outside standing on your feet even old people until you go home without getting help. Most people even go to far branches like in town and Pretoria North spending money on transport. In fact they don't even deserve a star.
