Dissappointed Client
My name is Sisanda Jantjies with ID number ********** 837086. I took out a policy with Boxer Stores (Policy number ********** ********** 4) and have been paying monthly premiums without fail and when I went to a Nedbank branch in King Williams Town to submit a claim I was told that the policy was not approved. No one ever cared to tell me that before and they have been accepting the payments every month for a good 2 years. Please assist. I can be contacted on ********** or via email @ **********
