dissappointed

I logged an insurance claim with Nedbank Home Owners insurance on Monday 3 Feb. The appointed assessor came out the Tuesday 4 Feb. Up to now I have not had any feedback from Nedbank. Even after numerous calls made to them explaining the seriousness of the matter. Im highly disappointed in the service im getting as a paying customer
