Dissappointed

I will like to express the disappointment that i got from Nedbank Tsakane mall for my personal loan.

On Friday the 08/08/2025 i went to the bank to apply for emergency persona loan as i wanted to use it on Friday or the latest Saturday the 09/08/2025

I had to open Nedbank account as i wanted the money t reflect immediate and was advised that the money will be in my account by Friday late or Saturday the latest

I even advised the consultant that she need to make sure that it has to be paid into my Nedbank account so i can access it immediate.

I told her that if it will be this week i won't need it but she assured me that because we have opened the Nedbank account it will be paid to Nedbank account and it will reflect immediately

Till today the 11/08/2025 there is no money on my Nedbank account. I want to cancel this loan ASAP and if you still going to pay please reverse it as i don't need it anymore, i had to go somewhere else to get the money

I even send the consultant e-mail to cancel no response

Very disappointed with this bad service
