Dissapontment with Nedbank

<p>My mother an elderly woman has money fixed with nedbank,what they forgot to tell her is that she will never have access to it until it suits them,she has fixed money before and had to notice before she gets it,which would take up to a day maybe ,now they are telling her that she will not get her money till 2019,the womn is boke now she literally doesnt have a cent in her account but nedbank tells her they wont give her her amount until it suits them,what will she do until 2019.I have tried to tell her that they should cancell the investment,thet told her that they cant,what **** is that which investment cant be cancelled,i am really dissapointed with nedbank.Nedbankk give my mother her money and so che can close her account,the bank in question is nedbank in Mthatha York Road.</p>
