Dissaponted

I am extremely dissapointed with the service or lack thereof at Nedbank. I had gone in to apply for a small business loan, the consultant was very negative but said he would take my application to the manager and give us feedback. After saying he would call us on a specific day he did not. We made numerous calls to the branch which was not returned. We eventually had to make a trip there, only to find out my documents were still lying in the drawer and the manager was not even aware of my application. Even after explaining what had happened the manager himself was not very accomodating and simply handed us back our documents. He even said that they would call us regarding the matter and I still haven't heard from them
