Dissapointment on Care MFC insurance.

Care MFC insurance for windscreen and stretches, I have paying R114 since 2024 February and I had another insurance by that time that was also covering the same thing, however, an Agent from Care MFC underwritten by Motor Finance Corporation, contacted me and **** to me as she promised me that they offer Car Valet option on the same Care MFC policy, which they do it once a year and I had to drop the other insurance because they were honest to me and said they don't do car valet, after a year when I wanted car valet, I sounded like a stupid because the person who responded on my email she said they don't provide that I was very disappointed and it is difficult to cancel their Care MFC policy because it is inclusive into my car installment. There was a time when I claimed for stretches I sent them the pictures and they said my car stretches were to deep, and I told them that they were not because they disappeared after few weeks, after I was rejected. I felt misleaded so that they can get a sale from me, and I also thing they do hardselling based on lies to get more customers...Deal Reference *** and Client Reference ***
