Dissapointing Service from Nedbank Home Loans-Stay Away

I have been trying to obtain bond settlement figures for over two weeks from Nedbank with no luck. Between myself and the conveyancers, we have called and emailed mutiple times with no luck. i have made over 5 calls to them often holding for a long time but no luck. The sale of the property is now in jeopardy due to staff that is intentionally derailing the sale for reasons unknown to me. I would assume the bank would want to be pai;d for loans advanced to their clients but in this instance, I suspect something sinister is happening.

I am a long me Nedbank client with multiple properties financed ( and some sold ) over the years but I have never experienced this kind of treatment which almost feels like one is dealing with a government department.

I have a valid offer at market price and bond approved buyers but somehow this is not enough for the settlement figures to be provided to me. I can only conclude, based on the dismissive responses, that there is some collussion going on which is unfortunately damaging to the brand I have trusted for my year.
