Dissapointing handling of account

Have banked with Nedbank for over 20 years, after leaving the country, I wanted to close my accounts, they said they would be closed, yet to date I have not even received a letter acknowledging the closure of my accounts, happy to make money off me, but don't even have the decency to send closure notification.
