Dissapointing and misleding

Very Dissapointing Service.

This was so dissapointing, I have a car that is financed by Nedbank wanted a cheque account and a consolidating loan.

I would have been fine if the loan was declined from the first go wich is okay, the sad part they said I was approved and will send a contract to me, no one came back this was actually the second time this has happened with the same bank, I belive they are just misliding their customers and you loose trust with working with such a bank. Instead the woman called me in the morning helping me with opening an account which I have stated to her that I will only move banks if only my loan was approve and she completely ignored that and she did as she pleased an went and opened the cheque account knowing that she was misliding me no loan was approved.

I,m just dissapointed because they gave me the wrong information and let me believe i was approved, now when I send emails I,m being ignored .

I will not recomend Nedbank to anyone this was just bad customer service

I,m hoping some one will give clariry on why they keep on doing this to their customers.
