Dissapointed with Online Loan department

I would like to express my dissapointment with Nedbank Personal loans Online. I app**** for a loan online, got approved, a consultant called me (Trozeene Chetty), sent me the agreement, I sent her all the required documents and was advised the loan would be paid within 48 Hours. A week goes by, no word word from Chetty and no money in bank. I sent her an email to and asked what happend she called and said they wanted black and white ATM statements, I sent her the statements and she never rep****... i dont understand in what world does she think its okay to be so dismissive with peoples personal information. i signed an agreement which binds me, I am worried about the documents I signed and sent her plus her lack of communication. at this point in time I am absolutely flawed with the level of service I recieved. something must be done, this is totally unacceptable! i need to be informed every step of the way but it looks like thats too much to ask for.
