Dissapointed on Nedbank homeloan enquiry feedback

I Am very dissapointed with Nedbank home loans department i have always been happy with their services but now i dont know I asked a simple question regarding descripencies On my Home loan balance and all i get is answers regardig interest which i did Not enquire about. I have paid 2 months but Nedbank has taken upon themselves to make 1st payment dissapear

Very dissapointed.
