Dissapointed in Nedbank Service

Being in and out of Hospital, and in constant contact with Nedbank Creditcard Division, paying as arranged, I found this morning that my active creditcard has been removed from my internetbanking, and a representative tells me, I wont be able to use any credit card again, because it's been handed over to legal - even if I paid, and even if I pay the whole amount today. I will have to re-apply for a credit card?! Doesn't it help to have arrangements to prevent things like this happening? Why even bother if they don't give a damn? Why pay if you have to re-apply again - and they can't help you over the telephone, after you told them you are in hospital.
