So you would think that you would make it easy for excising clients... We have been Nedbank Home clients for close to 16 years... now that we are thinking about maybe taking out a further bond on our property we are told .... without even looking at our criteria - NOPE if you want a further bond then you need to appoint your own private valuator and pay for it yourself and then only will we look at approving your loan - Well thank you for making it easy to move!
