Dissapointed Citizen

I am very much disappointed with the service I received from nedbank . On the 27th of April 2021 I did nedbank sendimali of R2500 and the person I was sending the money to called me to let me know the OPT no has expired after that I called them and they told me after 3 working days if the funds are not withdrawn they will be reversed back to my account, ever since then when I phone them they tell me they have logged a case after 3 days its will be attended until today my funds have never been reversed and I am not getting any assistance form their team I am angry, hurt and disappointed that Nedbank has failed me with their disloyalty.
