Dissapointed!

I am so disappointed with Netbank and wish I never took out a credit card from them. They were fast to grant me credit but when it comes to after-service to assist with sending a statement at month end that is out of the question and never to date happened. Because of this, I went unaware of being over my credit limitation but regardless paid R3000 every month not even knowing what I paid for. Unfortunately, their bad communication led to giving me a bad credit score. I don't even bother to contact them to come to terms, they will not be able to help you. Nedbank never again....
