Dissapointed by nedbank

Im so dissapointed with nedbank, i had purchased data bundles using my app worth R65 x2 total of R130 money was taken out however until today i have not recieved data.i called inn and logged a case i was advised it'll take 2 to 3 working days however until today i haven't recieved my data bundles, i tried doing a follow up this morning and the story changed i was than advised it is 3 to 5 working days
