DISSAPOINTED

on the 21/10/2024 i purchased airtime R50.00 +R20.00 Airtime using nedbank app which i did not receive both voucher numbers. i firstly log in the bankApp to chat with them the lady said i will take 2 weeks to get them they are investigating(ref/case number ***2) again i went to nedbak rosslyn branch a lady named Tsholo said i should call *** or contact Telkom but Telkom said i need to take it with the bank as there are proof of purchase including bank charges. till to date nothing is happening.
