Dissapointed.

Was at Nedbank Buffeldoorn branch in Klerksdorp to collect my bank card inside the branch. When I got there I was number 3 in the Que, only one Teller working. Then moments later another teller came and helped the gentleman that was in front of us. then the Gent left. I waited for like 30min just to be helped. Now im just wondering to myself, what if the branch is full. meaning one can wait for 2hours... I know we now live in a digital world but the service can't be that wack. Then why are there service people inside the bank. What is their work there? Is it not to deliver good service timeously? We don't go to the branch to go chill. We go there and we expect nothing but the best service. We are paying clients after all. There was an open teller in front of me and the guy told me they can't help because they are busy with Forex.
