Dissapointed

Requesting a re-advance on my home loan, after evaluation done no communication. on following this up my 'Banker' told me 'I phoned but you didn't answer' and 'I send an email and you didn't respond'. No prove of this said call or mail was provided. Only communication I did receive, 'we take note of your withdrawal'.
