Disrespectful rudeness

I have been harrased by Nedbank staff for the past two years since I used this number.I have explained time and again I'm not the person they are looking I once went out of my way to get them the person's details.Today I was disrespect with something I know nothing of the lady who just called me was rude and slammed the phone in my ear when I asked do you guys not write notes after making a call?
