Disrespectful Agent

This morning received a call from the credit card department, after having explained my situation the agent proceeds to go 'eh, eh, eh,eh' on the call. When i told her that is disrespectful she told me she made no such sound, now I may be stubborn and I may be aggravated but deaf I am not. I then had to repeat everything I said 3 times, which I understand is a tactic to bait a client, but I dont appreciate it, the agent then keeps quiet for extended periods of time, since I myself have worked in call centres I know that these periods are either periods waiting for the customer to incriminate themselves or for the customer to get angry, which is exactly what happened with me, when I then angerily told her to please speak and to at least listen to what I was saying and not ask the same question three times or expect me to answer her three times, she told me not to shout at her, I did not shout. These tactics of bad service from bank call centres are unacceptable. I know my responsibilities and I know my situation, so I do not need a agent make me feel like the **** of the earth by clicking her tongue or making disdainful noises on the phone. As a customer it is enough that I have to explain once but not three times on one call, please train your agents to listen the first time, to avoid being disrespectful and not to bait your customers. Remember we do not review your staff, we review you, as a bank, you can only bluff yourself enough past your marketing plan to say you great but your staff bring you in great disrepute.
