Disrespectful!!

I was phoned by a debt collection agent from nedbank and while I understand I owe money I have never experienced such disrespectful behaviour from someone employed by such a well known company. After apologising over and over to the agent who called me I eventually hung up on her as she just continued to be rude to me. I have been with nedbank for 5 years and I think it's time to change banks.
