Disrespect

In November my cell phone got ****** and money was withdrawn from my account with “QR SCANNING” at East gate mall and in Selby from my Nedbank account. On my phone I had 5 apps and they only managed to bypass the Nedbank app. I blocked my IPhone and still they managed to withdraw. I opened a ***** case the day after and went to Nedbank to close my account and change login details. An amount of R6200 was ****** from me. Today, the 08th of February Nedbank calls me to let me know they’ll settle my account with R1700???????? I have been a client to Nedbank for more than 11 years. Why are they treating me as if I am part of the syndicate or I’m part of the *****’s????? I want all my money back. It is not my fault that they could access their system in whichever way they did. Nedbank should work on their online security system.
