Disputing an amount which came from my cheque account

On the 6th March I received an sms from Nedbank stating that an amount of R1 197 came from my account for BE2. I immediately called Nedbank to instruct them to return the R1 197, the lady who assisted me on ***told me that it doesn't reflect on my account I asked her so why did I get the sms and she couldn't give me an answer instead she advised me to call back the following day. On the 7th I went into my internet banking to see if the amount was showing before I call back the call centre, it wasn't showing yet my balance showed that the amount for R1 197 came off so I thought ok let me wait until the 8th as I couldn't make a query on an amount that isn't showing. On the 8th I went into my account and noticed that the transaction was reflecting so I thought instead of calling Nedbank I will go into Manage My Debit Order and request for a reversal as I didn't give BE2 permission to debit my account, I received this reference F ********** 3. After 12' o clock midday I decided to contact Nedbank if they can reverse the amount. When I called they put me through from pillar to post until I reached someone who told me to complete a dispute form for the amount of R1 197 and that they will get back to me within 48 hours. I left it on Friday and this morning when I got to work I decided to call them again on ********** , I was pushed from pillar to post once again until I spoke to a lady by the Natalie who told me that the person dealing with the query was in a meeting and that she will call me back once she has spoken to the relevant person. She never did so I decided to call them again and I was pushed from pillar to post even through to ***** who told me they don't have anything for me. The reference numbers I received from Nedbank is ********** and ********** 0. Firstly nobody at Nedbank knows what is happening with my dispute, secondly I want my R1 197 because I called them the first day I received the sms which was the 6th March 2018. The last couple of people I spoke to at Nedbank told me it can take anything from 1 day to 45 or 48 days for feedback. I don't want to hear that I want my money.
