Dispute money from Nedbank

Good day i have reported a online purchase that was not authorised by me and the money went of as a online purchase and I have reported the problem with the bank and they ask me to wait for 31 days and when I'm trying to do follow up they say I mast wait for 35 days and the problem is when I google the company is in Hong Kong and my bank have not even call or emailed me Im really so disappointed on Nedbank to allow unknown company to take money, I did not even get the SMS to authorise the payment . The incident happened on the 22 August the amount is R1700
