DISPUTE FORM - NOT WORTH IT - NO ACTION

Reported a suspected **** company operating as "seemingly" SA based - online. Discovered once I had paid, and immediately sent a dispute form to Nedbank on 25th Nov. I followed up a week later, to be told I must wait for my case # which I should receive in a day or to. NOT! Tried to follow up by phone and endless emails ... nothing. No wonder these companies do this as they know our SA banks will take no action at all! Hugely disappointed in Nedbank .... not for the people at all.
