DISPPOINTED

I had a loan account that was handed over to Hammond Pole Attorneys of which I got a settlement amount on the 05/07/2018 and I paid the amount in full. when I went to check my ITC the account has not be cleared and it sitting with an outstanding balance. I have requested for the paid up letter since the 09/07/2018 and still I have not received it. got an email from the team leader Rashieda stating that they still waiting for it or I call Nedbank directly on ***. of which I did and I have been sent around. please can this be sorted urgently. acc no ********** ********** 00
