On 12/05/2020 we received application forms for the covid _19 SME Loan relief scheme. Application was submitted to our Dedicated relationship banker on 20/05/2020. On 21/05/2020 additional information was requested which was submitted the same day. On 27/05/2020 we followed up on loan and was again told additional information is needed which was submitted same day. On 03/06/2020 we were informed that a tender we have submitted for work at a school was awarded to us but we have to commit by Friday 12H00 for appointment by principal contractor. On 04/06/2020 I contacted our dedicated relationship banker and informed him that we have a successful tender awarded to us, and can he please inform us as to status of loan as we need funding for materials. To date we have not been contacted by our dedicated relationship banker. The business can no longer submit tenders or quotations as we do not have funds available to purchase materials, nor do we know if and when we will might be assisted. Thank you for your time.
