Disk Renewal Online

I renewed my licence disk on the 10th of August through their nedbank money app. Till today I haven't received it and I'm struggling to get a refund. My disk is already overdue, and I've received a ticket already. I called RTMC, and they confirmed that they never received a payment from nedbank. I've called their customer service more than 5 times they all telling me different stories d some are saying they are investigating they'll get back to me which they never did. Disappointment is an understatement. I'm going going to close my account with them.
