Dishonouring of agreement and lack of communication

Nedbank insurance no go area. They do not take their customers seriously. Since 2023 been with them they have never debited me more than six months without problems. They will decide to skip the debit date you gave and not even alert u. When u make necessary arrangements with them they do not honour them. Now they sent me a letter saying my policy has lapsed.
