Dishonesty

Nedbank sent an Sms twice saying that iff i switch my salary ill get a once off R1000, i then called to confirm if this campaign was in place an the consultant confirmed it was, i then switched my salary but since then no one has contacted me and i haven't received the R1000, I've been calling and they all sound confused as f the don't know what I'm talking about, the ,consultant have been asking m to send a screen shot of that Sms which i did, and they told me that a manager will give me a call, but I'm the one calling now. i feel like they just wanted me to switch my salary for their own benefit.
