Dishonest to the core

I am so disappointed in Nedbank Credit Card division.Your dealings have proven that you will rob your own loyal clients just to make a quick buck. I have a credit card which had a budget facility, In December I owed Nedbank R12000.I deposited R46 000 to settle the debt and continued transacting on the card.Meaning I do not owe Nedbank anything any longer, I am in surplus. In Jan I was charged a budget facility which I never used, in Feb again I was charged a budget facility charge that I had again never used.I am.supposed to have 60 day interest free since my acc was paid in full.I know have to move all my debit orders, credit card and investment to capitec only because you guys cheat us loyal clients. 15 years down the drain and it difficult to leave but with the current behaviour it just proves to me you were always about money and not client centric. You all are tsotsi's. A white bank *****ing from its ******** clients
