Dishonest bank with poor service

Most poor service received from Nedbank Home Loans division and rates centre. Multiple broken promises and deceit. Not a good experience for a first time home buyer. Even complaints don't get actioned with any urgency. Extremely disappointed in the service received and regret my decision with the bank of choice for my bond. Feels like a ****!
