Disgusting service, ******** practices by a "Well Renowned Bank"

This has been the WORST experience in all my years of banking.Bejng an ex employee unwound have though the service would be better, knowing the process etc I was so mistaken.I app**** for a Personal Loan which was apporved, Nedbanks System duplicated the loan and was confirmed to be a system error, I then had to run around to retrieve the funds paid out in error by Nedbank as they held me accountable for a loan I did not sign for. Now I'm having to fight for refunds, and money's that easy moved without my approval or authority.I an utterly disgusted in the service I've received and continue to receive. For over 4 months now I've been trying to resolve this....Shocking Nedbank, disgusting Nedbank.
