DISGUSTING SERVICE RECEIVED FROM NEDBANK in particular Rhea Singh, Romy Pakiri and Lungile Kunene

NEDBANK FIND IT ACCEPTABLE TO DISH OUT DISGUSTING SERVICE AND NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I ordered forex from my supposed Relationship Manager Rhea Singh on 24 October 2017. After numerous promises that Amex would phone nothing happened and a week later on 30 October I had still not received the forex ordered. I then contacted Rhea's superior, Romy Pakiri and complained to her on Friday 27 October 2017 only to have to follow up with her as well as on the Monday as nothing happened. In the meantime the forex rate is happily increasing daily and Nedbank couldn't be bothered!. I then sent a letter of complaint to Lugile Kunene who agreed the service was disgusting and agreed to reimburse me the difference of the forex quoted by Romy Parkiri on Monday 30 October 2017 at 12.3 as I was charged 14.3. Needless to say this has never happened and she is now back tracking on her commitment. Both Romy and Lungile promised to also pay back the commission Nedbank charged ... needless to say that this has also not happened ... written promises mean nothing absolutely nothing to Nedbank, nor do their verbal agreements. CLEARLY NEDBANK ARE HAPPY TO ALLOW THEIR STAFF TO DELIVER DISGUSTING SERVICE AND THEN IGNORE THEIR CLIENT. All I can say this I am extremely appauled by their service and response so far and after 32 years of being a Nedbank client I am definitely reconsidering my banking options.

Dear Nedbank Client Experience Team, Please see email below from Lungile confirming that the refund for the difference in forex rates will be refunded. Then when I follow up as to when I will be refunded I conveniently get a response saying that Nedbank will only now refund the commission portion - this is really not acceptable. How can Nedbank commit in writing and then renege?: From: Kunene, L. (Lungile) ********** Sent: 31 October 2017 10:46 AM To: Birgit Savini Subject: RE: Amex invoice Thank you Birgit I will be forwarding the invoice to management for the refund to be processed. Thank you for taking my call. Regards Lungile
