Disgusting service Nedbank

I need someone to explain to me why a company of your caliber would use such incompetant recoveries company. They to do date can not explain to me how to pay the outstanding loan amount. No one knows what they are doing. I made an arrangement to pay via a debit order then someone called to say I need to pay into their account but I've had to call them multiple times to request for the account numbers. Before my account was handed over I called your company multiple times to request that the full and final amount be taken and to date no assistance. This is absolutely **** poor service.
