Disgusting service from your agents! Unfit and improper consultants!

I spoke to Thando this morning to report ***** is on my account and the service I received was nothing short from *******. She was not willing to help, had attitude and told me I called the wrong department and said I should drop the call and not press 1 again. The service in this company is disappointing, I then called again and spoke to Mthandeleni or something like that, he dropped the call on me after failing to resolve my issue. He put me on hold without warning and failed to answer questions regarding the issue at hand. I’m definitely leaving this pathetic bank and wouldn’t recommend anyone to join such an appalling financial service provider! Wow!
