Disgusting service from Nedbank Private Bankers.

I've gone through 3 bankers from this bank and they all useless I don't know why they even exist.

They never respond on emails or telephone calls what's the point of getting a "Dedicated Banker" if they ignore their own clients?

I am tired of complaining I am definitely leaving this bank as they're **** and useless.

The current Banker assinged to me is just getting paid for nothing her name is Mocumi, G. (Gaelebale) Northgate Branch and it's gone from bad to worse with her. Might as well do away with Private Banking because there's no competent people to do this kind work as they don't care about customer service.

The service is a large piece of faeces.
