DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM NEDBANK

Hi Everyone I am totally appalled with the service I render from Nedbank. From branch level to call centre their services are disgusting. I am not all surprised that the branches are closing. I have had many bad experience from my own business account and personal account. I misplaced my atm card and have asked them to block it as I wasn't sure if I misplaced it. Instead they cancelled the card and charged me for a replacement, which I will not pay for. I have referred many of my clients to them, they have also complained about their poor unacceptable service. They can go ahead and close my account. I am happy with CAPITEC. Mr Arumugam Pillay *** ***
