Disgusting Service from Nedbank Card

Can't get any assistance with using my credit card. The card expires in 2027 and card was blocked because of no usage. Can't get assistance to lift the temporary block. So, I pay for a card that I cant use when I need it and because they don't work on public holidays, they cant help. I pay for a card to be used and assistance received even when on public holidays. After waitkng more than 25 minutes on the call the agent says I will simply have to wait until tomorrow to ask card dept why without my consent the card has been blocked or cancelled. Disgusting service
