Disgusting service from Nedbank. call center and Lanaberg Mall Mossel Bay

I have never been so disgusted with the service from Nedbank. The customer line rings for 20 minutes then you get transferred and wait another 20 minutes for the ***** department and no body ****** answers. Even when I was in the bank they had the same problem nobody answers all you get is frustrating music and how good the bank is.Well I have news for you. Nedbank is useless.This is the 3rd time since changing to Nedbank that my credit card has been *****ed. The people are unhelpful to say the least. I am waiting on a case for 4 months and still nobody has phoned me back now I have another case. No notification nothing but they let *****ulant transactions go through your account.Totally unacceptable. Will be moving all my accounts back to Capitec.
