Disgusting Service from Nedbank

I'm very irate and disappointed in the service I got from Chris Hani branch in Vosloorus. I had ***** in my account and immediately went to branch for assistance when I got there a consultant didn't help me, they didn't put any hold on my account or even block my account I was given a call centre number to call ***** department and they will assist me, I'm very disappointed because I lost a lump sum of money after being a loyal customer for 25years this is the service I got very inconsolable. The branch didn't even offer me a phone to call ***** department when I pay service fees for my account on a monthly basis what is the use of paying service fees when I can't even get proper service from the branch and what is the use of having a branch when you need assistance but they don't help you. I think I should move all my funds and open an account with more trustworthy banks than to keep my money where it goes missing and the branch doesn't even offer a single or drop of help. Call centre number is on the app and Google if I wanted to call them I would've done so but going to the branch meant my matter is beyond delicate and serious actions need to taken. Does branch consultant have no access to put hold on our accounts? Very annoyed and disgusted by the service I got from Chris Hani branch in Vosloorus.
