Disgusting service from Nedbank

I am terribly disgusted in Nedbank and their lack of service. I have been with them personally for almost 10 years and going for 3 years business wise. My banker couldn't careless about questions I have, they will mess up on their system and then not notify me about it causing my whole business to come to a stand still and then make it my problem to try and resolve the issue. They can be rest assured that I will be changing my personal and business banking else where.
