Disgusting service from Nedbank

Nedbank is disgusting and rude! Every day I receive these sms messages to pay the excess on my cheque account. They are even threatening account closure. I am currently unemployed. With the current protest action, I am stuck in a small town with no access to internet, atm destroyed, bank is closed, shop is destroyed. How the hell am I supposed to pay it? I have cash, but everything is closed. I was advised by a consultant at the Nedbank call center that the department handling cheque accounts is closed due to the protests. What now??? I cant even make suitable arrangements. I was told that its not possible.
