Disgusting service from Nedbank

Nedbank has treated me like trash.made a purchase with my card and the purchase declined but there was enough funds in my account.called the bank and i was reffered to their ***** depattment which advise me to confirm the transaction of which i did and they further advised me to go to the branch of which i did on saturday.Today im busy trying to make a purchase again and my card declines and these ***** people call me again to confirm the trasaction.this bank has so far humiliated me as i have to explain to shop assistants why my card is declining.imagine which means with nedbank i will keep visiting their branches everytime because they will always keep blocking my cards.this is so unproffesional and digusting.maybe i should have stayed with fnb because i have never experienced this with fnb
